Однолетнее
травянистое растение. Листья очередные, крупные, шероховатые. Цветочные
корзинки крупные, состоят из ложноязычковых краевых цветков и
внутренних – трубчатых. Цветки имеют ярко-желтый цвет. Цветет в
июле-августе. Плоды – семянки.
В семенах растения содержатся жирное масло, углеводы, дубильные вещества, органические кислоты.
В краевых цветках
имеются горечь, солантовая кислота, бетаин, холин, каротин. В листьях
найдены каротин, каучук и смолистое вещество. В качестве лекарственного
сырья используют листья, внутреннюю часть стебля, лепестки, цветочные
корзинки, корни, масло из семян. Обладает отхаркивающим, стимулирующим
пищеварение, противомалярийным действием.
Лечебные свойства подсолнечного масла.
Подсолнечное масло способно понижать уровень холестерина в крови,
благодаря чему является важным компонентом здорового питания. Помимо
этого, его можно использовать в домашних фритюрницах, так как его
химический состав более устойчив при нагреве по сравнению с другими
растительными маслами (кроме оливкового). По способу получения
подсолнечное масло разделяют на прессовое и экстракционное. В
зависимости от вида обработки масло подразделяют на нерафинированное,
гидратированное, рафинированное недезодорированное и рафинированное
дезодорированное.
Подсолнечное масло
бывает двух типов: нерафинированное и рафинированное. У первого есть
вкус и запах, а второе – ни того ни другого не имеет. Более полезным
считается нерафинированное масло, содержащее более 60% линолевой
кислоты, осадок которой образуется при хранении масла. Это не вредные
скопления, а полезнейшие вещества. Чем больше осадок на дне бутылки,
тем выше лечебные свойства масла. Это масло особенно рекомендуется
людям, склонным к атеросклерозу, имеющим повышенный уровень холестерина
в крови.
Цвет
нерафинированного масла колеблется от светло-желтого до темно-желтого.
Предпочтение лучше отдавать более светлому, поскольку темное масло
получается из пережаренных семечек. А потому лечебная и пищевая
ценность ниже, чем светлого.
У
нерафинированного масла есть только один недостаток – оно легко
окисляется под действием температуры и солнечного света, образуя
продукты окисления: спирты, альдегиды, кетоны и другие соединения,
изменяющие вкус и запах. Накопление этих продуктов в организме приводит
к возникновению заболеваний. В Западной Европе нерафинированное
подсолнечное масло продают в темных стеклянных бутылках или запаянных
металлических банках, в России – по-прежнему в полиэтиленовых бутылках.
Рафинированное масло бывает гидратированным, гидративно-вымороженным, дезодорированным и недезодорированным.
Гидратация – это
процесс обработки масла водой. Гидратированное вымороженное подвергают
еще и вымораживанию. Рафинированные масла – это продукты глубокой
очистки. Рафинированное дезодорированное масло бывает двух марок – «Д»
и «П». Масло с маркой «Д» используется для диетического питания.
Рафинированное
подсолнечное масло можно хранить больше года, даже не убирая в
холодильник, так как оно не боится солнечного света и тепла.
Очищение организма с помощью подсолнечного масла
применяется при головных болях, тромбофлебите, хронических заболеваниях
желудка, кишечника, сердца, легких, печени, при энцефалите, зубной боли
и женских заболеваниях.
Взять в рот 1
столовую ложку подсолнечного масла и начать его сосать, как конфету, в
течение 15-20 минут. Масло вначале делается густым, затем – жидким как
вода. Эту жидкость следует выплюнуть. Она должна быть белой как молоко.
Если жидкость желтая, процесс сосания не доведен до конца.
Выплюнутая жидкость инфицированная и должна быть отправлена в санузел.
Данную процедуру
надо проделывать один раз в сутки, лучше натощак, можно вечером перед
сном. Вместе с выплюнутой изо рта жидкостью из организма выходят шлаки,
инфекция и продукты распада.
Наиболее опасным
продуктом распада является мочевая кислота, образующаяся в результате
окисления в организме азотистых оснований. Излишек этой кислоты, а
также солей натрия в суставах и мышцах вызывает ревматизм и подагру, в
мозгу – головные боли и снижение умственных способностей, в крови –
сгущение ее, повышение кровяного давления, а также различные
заболевания ног.
В мочевыводящих
путях образуются камни. Излишек мочевой кислоты ослабляет деятельность
сердца и ведет к преждевременной старости. Во времена сосания организм
освобождается от вредных микробов, токсинов, мочевой кислоты, а также
усиливается газообмен, активизируется и налаживается обмен веществ.
Следует иметь в
виду, что при применении данного метода могут быть временные
осложнения, особенно у людей со многими заболеваниями, это является
результатом расслабления очагов болезни. Решение о том, сколько раз
можно применять эту процедуру, человек принимает сам, исходя из
состояния собственного здоровья. Острые заболевания лечатся легко и
быстро, в течение двух недель. Лечение хронических заболеваний может
продолжатся намного дольше.
