Правила здоровой любви

Меня часто спрашивают как женщины, так и мужчины, каким образом можно выбрать себе партнёра, чтобы в процессе совместной жизни в дальнейшем избежать жестоких разочарований. В то же время, многие люди, ищущие поддержки в решении какой-либо проблемы в личных отношениях, интересуются, есть ли перспективы у этих самых отношений. Порой становится ясно, что счастливых и радостных перспектив у пары нет. Рано или поздно человек сам осознаёт это, но как тяжело человеку, который вдруг понимает, что потеря того, кто успел стать столь дорогим и близким, неизбежна?

Широко известно, что болезнь легче предупредить, чем вылечить. Поэтому хочется познакомить вас с некоторыми принципами, следуя которым можно построить действительно гармоничные отношения и избежать многих ошибок. В том числе, тех ловушек, о которых шла речь в предыдущей статье. Перспективными считаются те отношения, которые обещают долговременность, стабильность и в то же время приносящие радость обоим партнёрам. Такие отношения базируются на принципах так называемой здоровой любви.

История развития отношения между мужчиной и женщиной насчитывает сотни тысяч лет. Её можно считать, в какой-то степени, волшебной шкатулкой опыта, из которой всегда можно извлечь что-либо полезное. Поэтому я обратился к материалам американского психолога Трэйси Кэбот, которая в своё время успешно занималась изучением рассматриваемых вопросов. Именно у неё я впервые встретил это понятие - "здоровая любовь". Трэйси Кэбот выделяет 12 основных принципов здоровой любви - той самой, которая способна сделать человека счастливым, т.е. наполняет жизнью, а не лишает покоя, сна и сил.

1. Когда два человека вступают в любовные отношения, жизнь каждого из них должна улучшиться. Если жизнь ухудшается, или если вы тянете друг друга вниз, в конце концов, кто-то образумится и пожелает уйти.

2. Нельзя купить любовь. Если вы делаете это, не рассчитывайте на то, что ваши расходы окупятся сторицей.

3. Избегайте ревности. Провоцируя ревность, вы играете с огнем. Кто-то обязательно обожжется. Люди и без того склонны к ревности, бывает, что им не хватает уверенности в себе, поэтому не следует сознательно вызывать это чувство.

4. При здоровых любовных отношениях оба партнера зависят друг от друга в одинаковой степени.

5. Истинно любящий человек не требует от партнера доказательств ответного чувства. Он сам доказывает ему свою любовь.

6. Остерегайтесь желания изменить партнёра. Если вы превращаете партнёра в другого человека, помните о том, что, возможно, этот новый человек не захочет остаться с вами.

7. Человека, подверженного депрессии, трудно любить. Любовь должна делать человека счастливым, но общество вашего избранника ещё не гарантирует вам счастья. Только вы сами способны делать себя счастливым или грустным.

8. Женщина хочет думать, что её любит недоступный принц, а не страдающий псих. Мужчины так же не любят истеричек и так называемых Бомб Замедленного действия, от которых неизвестно, чего ожидать, поскольку она может взорваться в любой момент. Непредсказуемость партнёра расшатывает нервы и убивает чувства точно так же, как наводит скуку полная и абсолютная предсказуемость.

9. Стремительно вспыхнувшая любовь быстро исчерпывает себя.

10. Если партнёр усвоил, что можно дурно обращаться с вами, убедить его в обратном будет очень трудно.

11. Если вы сомневаетесь в целесообразности задуманного вами поступка, следует воздержаться от него. Лучше дождаться момента, когда вам придет в голову лучшее решение. Воздерживайтесь от действий, которые требуют слишком больших усилий или затрат и выдают вашу чрезмерную заинтересованность. И то, и другое либо не ценится, либо после быстро обесценивается, либо сразу отпугивает.

12. Как правило, люди чувствуют себя наиболее комфортно с партнерами, равными им по социальному положению и являющимися при этом психологическими антиподами. Другими словами, вам лучше подойдет человек с вашим уровнем образования и сходным происхождением. Помните: чтобы выйти замуж за принца на белом Мерседесе, нужно самой быть принцессой в красном Порше-кабриолете. Ваши жизненные ценности должны совпадать. Это значит, что если вы имеете высшее образование, вам следует искать партнера с вузовским дипломом. Психологический антипод будет стабилизировать ваше душевное состояние. Экстраверту требуется интроверт, пессимисту — оптимист. Это правило и объясняет баланс между объединяющими партнёров равным социальным уровнем и общими взглядами, с одной стороны, и обеспечивающими гармонию и баланс психологическими противоположностями, с другой.

Если на этапах завязывания и построения отношений вы обнаруживаете, что один или несколько принципов партнёром нарушаются, то от этого человека следует держаться подальше, пока вы не успели попасть в зависимость от долгожданного, но заведомо бесперспективного чувства.
